Documents are online-view only and carry a CREBuilder watermark. Upgrade to Pro anytime to remove the watermark and unlock unlimited documents and PDF export.

Pro Monthly is $89/month. Pro Annual is $69/month ($828 billed once a year), saving you $240/year. Both include the same features: unlimited documents, all premium templates, PDF export, financial calculator, property websites, and priority support. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time from your billing settings.

Start with any Pro plan, then add team member seats for $49/seat/month on monthly plans or $38/seat/month on annual plans (save $132/seat/year). Each paid seat gets their own login, document library, and full Pro features. Teams of 5+ seats qualify for volume discounts — contact sales for a custom quote.

Coordinators are team members who create documents on behalf of other brokers on your team (common for admin assistants or marketing coordinators). They don't consume a paid seat because they don't own documents themselves — every document a Coordinator creates belongs to the broker they created it for. Add as many Coordinators as you need at no extra charge.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings with no penalty or cancellation fee. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, then converts to the free Starter plan. No long-term contracts, ever.

Your documents stay in your account forever. After cancelling, they shift to view-only mode — you can still access everything but can't edit or download new PDFs until you re-subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and re-subscribing instantly restores full editing and PDF export.

Yes. We work with brokerages ranging from 5-person teams to 50+ broker offices. Volume discounts kick in at 5 seats, with custom onboarding, shared branding templates, and dedicated support included for larger accounts. Contact sales for a quote tailored to your team size and needs.

All major credit and debit cards via our billing partner Zoho (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). ACH bank transfer is available for annual plans with 5+ seats — contact sales to set that up. We don't currently support PayPal, crypto, or invoicing outside of enterprise accounts.

Yes. At the end of your annual term you can renew monthly instead of annually. If you need to switch mid-term, contact support — we handle prorated refunds case by case depending on how much of the annual term remains.

We offer a satisfaction-guaranteed refund within 14 days of your initial subscription if CREBuilder doesn't fit your workflow. After 14 days or on renewal billing, refunds are handled case by case. Because you can cancel anytime and keep view-only access to all your work, most brokers simply cancel rather than request a refund.

Yes — CREBuilder can import listings directly from Buildout so you don't have to rebuild from scratch. Property data transfers over and you can start creating professional OMs, teasers, and leasing packages immediately. For other platforms, contact support — we can help migrate larger portfolios.

Existing subscribers are grandfathered into their original rate. If we raise pricing in the future, your rate stays what you signed up at for as long as you maintain an active subscription without a cancellation gap.
