Our Story

CRE marketing deserved better than a blank Canva template.

CREBuilder was founded in 2016 by a commercial real estate professional who was tired of watching deals stall because an offering memorandum was stuck in a designer's queue. Every broker we knew was losing days on each listing — stitching together property data in Excel, searching for aerial maps, formatting rent rolls that kept breaking, and negotiating with an outside designer on three rounds of revisions. In 2022 we relaunched the platform from the ground up — faster, fully automated, and built around how brokers actually work on a deal.

The institutional firms had in-house marketing teams to handle this. The independent broker and the 5-person boutique didn't — and neither did the regional brokerage running 20 listings at a time. They needed a way to produce the same institutional-quality output without the institutional overhead. That's the gap CREBuilder was built to close.

We're a bootstrapped, broker-led team based in Phoenix, AZ. Every feature on the platform traces back to a specific pain point a real broker ran into on a real deal — from the auto-populated ATTOM property data that saves an hour of data entry, to the financial calculator that keeps cap-rate math consistent across the OM, the teaser, and the listing page, to the single-property websites that let a buyer review the deal at 10pm without needing a login.
